Whisky drive from Diageo

Drinks giant Diageo is kicking off a global comms campaign to promote its portfolio of Scottish single malt whiskies.

Food and drink specialist comms shop Story PR has been handed a six-figure contract to oversee the PR offensive, aimed at exposing a wider audience to the single malt market.

Agency founder Ailana Kamelmacher said: 'Our mission is to tell stories that will inspire people around the world to try malt whisky. We will be working across many platforms, from digital activation to events and media relations, to break down barriers to trial.'

Edelman currently looks after Diageo's public affairs, CSR and corporate accounts.
