BORDER LINES: AOL/Compuserve restructures PR

HAMBURG: AOL/Compuserve Germany has reshaped its PR function in response to increased competition in the online services market from Deutsch Telekom and T-Online. Jens Nordlohne has joined the firm’s Hamburg office and is now responsible for press work for the AOL brand, reporting to communications manager Alexander Adler. Next month former new media consultant Stephanie von Carlsberg joins the Munich office to run brand PR for CompuServe. The internal communications brief, the third area covered by Adler’s team, is still seeking a new manager.
