The public sector axe may have fallen, but lobbyists are finding ways to survive, judging by the healthy crowds at their favourite restaurant, Roux on Parliament Square.

Within moments of the confirmation of the date, an email pinged its way to Flack inviting it to a 'champagne reception' at a London hotel on 29 April to celebrate.
