BORDER LINES: BUENOS AIRES - Visa takes PR Personally

Six months after losing its PR manager, Visa has chosen its first-ever PR firm for media relations in Argentina. Visa selected Personally over local agency ZC&M and multinationals Ketchum and Edelman after a lengthy search. Personally partner Laura Palermo will lead the account team, supported by AE Marcelo Altuna. Former Visa PR manager Daniel Chirom left the financial-services company at the beginning of the year to work as a spin doctor for Argentina’s Economy Minister, Jose Luis Machinea.
