Opinion: From Our Readers - There's no comparison between BBC and M&S

I enjoyed Danny Rogers' BBC and Marks & Spencer piece (Opinion, 12 November), but they don't compare so neatly.

Both have talented comms operators, but the difference is in the product. Every M&S product line would have to have some of the best communicators in the country to match the BBC's talent pool.

So Mr Rose is doing well to have M&S on the same page as the BBC in PRWeek, but I doubt M&S could touch the BBC's reputation worldwide.
