The restaurant has a luxurious mix of furnishings from around the world. Fine wine meets fine dining in the lounge bar while open fires lull you into a soporific state.

Signature starters include pickled shimeji mushroom, cured bresaola or Asian pears. For mains you'll love the wild sea bass with spring onion or the tiger prawn risotto with chilli and ginger.
