Fishburn Hedges’ marks indicate an efficient and highly focused agency that is much appreciated by clients.

Fishburn Hedges’ marks indicate an efficient and highly focused

agency that is much appreciated by clients.

Well above average pre-tax profit margins and fee income per head show

that this is a streamlined agency, but the business performance mark

suffered because fee income growth was actually below average and,

surprisingly, the agency indicated no quality or mission statement.

Fishburn Hedges could do more to market itself and the lack of a

recognised quality standard dragged down an otherwise good quality

score, but a high number of industry awards contributed to the industry

recognition mark and client comments were universally favourable. This

was aided by an extremely high mark for the all important chemistry

between agency and client, with one saying it was ’a joy’ to work with

The nuts and bolts of PR saw Fishburn Hedges score one of the highest

marks achieved, with clients saying the agency is willing to offer tough

advice, and is good at meeting deadlines and delivering on pitch

promises was another strong area, with clients praising Fishburn Hedges’

proactive stance. The fact that all clients questioned said they would

be highly likely to reappoint the agency shows that client satisfaction

is high.
