growth of over 18 per cent, and a healthy investment in training
produced top marks in the staff section.
The agency has undergone a complete internal audit to ensure it is Y2K
compliant and has a team of staff dedicated to its own marketing, which
brought excellent marks for infrastructure. In terms of quality,
Consolidated is approaching Investors in People accreditation and has
extensive internal and external evaluation systems. As a member of many
professional organisations and the recipient of awards from the PRCA and
the IPR, the agency won top marks for industry recognition.
Overall, client assessment of the agency was very good, with one
respondent praising its ’ability to interpret and adapt to our needs in
a rapidly changing environment’.
The agency scored well on pitch promises and relationships, with clients
enthusiastic about the consistency of account handlers and its
proactivity in generating ideas. Many respondents also said the agency
provided good value for money.
Some respondents felt the agency could improve its targeting of
audiences but, conversely, its quality of media coverage received one of
the highest scores of the survey.
