Help The Hospices, the national support body for the country’s 185
independent hospices, has appointed London PR agency Upward Curve to
help boost the national profile of the independent hospice network in
the UK. Help the Hospices has no internal PR function and the agency
will report to head of fundraising David Burland. Upward Curve will
handle all press and PR activity until the end of the year. Burland said
a key task for the agency would be to ensure that the high profile
enjoyed by hospices in local media was matched on a national level.
