The firm, previously known as Pipex Communications and more recently Freedom4 Group, appointed Redleaf after a competitive pitch.
The AIM-listed Daisy Group provides voice and data services to more than 70,000 customers in the small- to medium business market. The firm’s services include access, hosting, voice, managed services and mobile telephony.
Last week the company announced that its full year results were expected to be in line with market expectations. Daisy Group has added Fone Logistics to its mobile distribution division and Murphx Innovative Solutions to its whole sale division this year.
In June Daisy Group announced revenues of £134.4m in the 15 months to 31 March 2010, which translated to a £11.1m loss from continuing operations and a £14m loss after tax.
