MS&L hires B-M's Biggs

Manning Selvage & Lee has appointed a new MD of consumer in London as it continues to staff up in advance of a group-wide rebrand.

Victoria Biggs joined the agency on Tuesday from Burson-Marsteller, where she has worked for a year. The ex-eBay PR director will report directly to CEO Kelly Walsh, who was previously handling the MD of consumer role.

This follows the appointment of George Godsal as MD of corporate in September and comes as the MS&L Group prepares to unify its branding.

Walsh said: 'This is about putting really strong leadership in place. Victoria and George are an indication for us to move forward and grow in the European market.'

On 20 October, MS&L Group - comprising MS&L London, Capital MS&L and SAS - will unveil a new corporate branding with the aim of giving the group a more consistent identity.

Walsh said Biggs would allow the agency to develop expertise in three areas: consumer; social media; and business development.

Before Burson-Marsteller, Biggs worked at Out Of The Blue Communications as business director.
