BORDER LINES: NEW YORK - FRB and Holborn become affiliates

Financial Relations Board/BSMG has announced an affiliation agreement with London-based Holborn PR, which will see both providing PR services for the other’s clients. Ted Pincus, FRB chairman and CEO, said the deal would be ’mutually beneficial’ as Holborn has clients which trade on NASDAQ and the New York stock exchange. Pincus added that Holborn would complement Charles Barker BSMG Worldwide’s experience in corporate PR. Holborn chief executive David Bick said the deal will add ’considerable weight’ to its offering.
