- What is it good for?

If you're looking for somewhere memorable, this is the place to go. Situated in Her Majesty's Prison High Down is The Clink - a gastronomic delight with a real story behind it.

- Signature dish

The seasonal menu changes every quarter and fresh, local produce is used wherever possible. Delights include Freshly Made Crab Filled Ravioli with a rich Crab Bisque Sauce.

- Who's the boss?

The Clink was devised by chef Alberto Crisci MBE with support from Peter Dawson, the prison governor. It was developed and funded by donations from the McGrath Charitable Trust and is managed by The Clink Charity.

- Tips please?

No service charge is added but it is requested that if you enjoy your meal you say so.

- What's the damage?

Starters are up to £2.50 and mains average £4.50. The Clink Charity asks that diners only book if they or their firm can contribute to the rehabilitation of offenders and buy into its vision.
