Border Lines: Morris wins brace of awards

WELLINGTON - The Morris Group has won the top two campaign awards at the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand’s annual awards ceremony. The agency won both the Supreme Award and the runner-up award int he best campaign category.

ceremony. The agency won both the Supreme Award and the runner-up award

int he best campaign category.



The winning entry was a campaign aimed at stopping the erection of tall

buildings which would have blocked the city’s harbour views. The

runner-up award was for a public service campaign encouraging firearms

owners to renew their licences. The awards attracted 65 entries from

across New Zealand, a 30 per cent increase on last year.
