DJH was set up in 2001 by Richard Jukes, a former senior advisor at Conservative Central Office.
Jukes and his two colleagues account director Alan Boyd-Hall and Samantha Jay moved to Grayling yesterday.
Grayling UK chief executive Loretta Tobin said: ‘They have wide experience of government affairs and their specialism in areas such as planning and property, gaming and regulation will further enhance Grayling’s PA offer.’
Jukes said: ‘Grayling’s strong national and international proposition as a company that understands and believes in public affairs is one that provides greater opportunities for me and my team and we are very excited by the prospects for future growth together.’
In further steps to strengthen its PA offer, Grayling has promoted director Steve Wakelin to become head of the London PA team following the departure of Tanya Joseph.
In addition, associate director Paddy Leavey has been promoted to the role of associate director and account manager Jonny Curtis to account director.
Sara Jones, who has held previous roles in British Waterways and the Environment Agency, has been appointed head of Grayling’s Cardiff team, where she will be developing the company’s growing PA and PR services.
