BORDER LINES: DUBLIN - Gilmore to become part of Grayling

Grayling is to acquire full-service agency Gilmore Communications. The new company, set to be Ireland’s sixth-largest, will be led by executive chairman Noel Gilmore and managing director Caroline Moody, now MD of Grayling Ireland. Grayling group MD Nigel Kennedy said Gilmore was twice the size of Grayling’s existing Irish operation and that combined fee income will be almost pounds 2 million. Gilmore, a top ten Irish agency with an emphasis on healthcare, includes among its client list Ulster Bank Group and Boots Healthcare.
