Fleishman-Hillard has appointed Grazia Immediato as a board

director, heading its technology division.

She joins from technology agency Copithorne and Bellows France (now the

Porter Novelli Convergence Group), where she was managing director. At

F-H she is responsible for current clients and expanding the division.

Technology is currently the fastest growing area of F-H’s business.

President and COO of F-H Europe, Jack Modzelewski said Immediato’s

appointment was an important development in the growth of the technology

division.

’In the last nine months, the technology team has added pounds 1 million

in new business with significant accounts such as Nortel Networks and

PSINet,’ he said.

Clients in the technology division also include Dell Computer

Europe.

F-H is currently looking to acquire an agency in the hi-tech sector, and

recruit a number of new staff to the division.

Prior to joining Copithorne and Bellows, Immediato worked for agencies

including Miller/Shandwick Technologies and Kinross and Render.
