BORDER LINES: HONG KONG - Miao quits B-M for on-line firm

Burson-Marsteller managing director Felix Miao has quit the company after just two months. Miao had joined B-M from the financial arm of Citigate Dewe Rogerson in October (PR Week, 10 October), where he was made regional director when Citigate acquired Dewe Rogerson in 1998. Burson-Marsteller regional president and CEO Bill Rylance said the agency would not seek a replacement. Miao has been named deputy chief executive officer of Celestial Asia Securities Holdings, an on-line financial services company based in Hong Kong.
