The Small Business Service - a new Government agency designed to
act as a gateway for small businesses and start-ups seeking access to
all sorts of Government services - has appointed GCI Group to handle PR
for its launch in April. According to one source the work will initially
be for a six to nine month period and will be worth a six-figure sum.
Adrian Wheeler, GCI Group chief executive, said the agency’s work would
be strongly media orientated, defining the SBS message and communicating
it on a regional basis.
