Winning Business, the sales industry trade magazine published by
Quest Media, has been redesigned with a broader remit to target customer
service managers, marketing directors and managing directors, as well as
its traditional audience of sales directors. New features include
sections on technology, training and development, and business in the
future. The title, edited by Peter Baber, is increasing its frequency
from quarterly to bimonthly.
Launched in 1996, it is the official title of the Institute of
Professional Sales.
