PR professionals are nearly twice as likely to change jobs every
two to three years as other white collar professionals.
A survey by PricewaterhouseCoopers found that 37 per cent of PROs
believe it is acceptable to move in the short to medium-term compared
with 21 per cent of all those surveyed, including the marketing, human
resources and financial professions.
’These are not young account executives, who traditionally flit from one
job to the next fairly quickly, but people at the top end of the market
who, in other professions, look for stability in their careers at this
