The win follows 3 Monkeys’ appointment last year for Microsoft’s consumer and online UK business.
3 Monkeys will replace The Red Consultancy, as part of Microsoft’s strategy to align its consumer and trade communications activity.
Reporting to Microsoft Advertising director of trade marketing Nickie Smith, the new trade team will be led by 3 Monkeys’ associate director Sarah Ogden, who also oversees the consumer and online business.
Smith said: ‘The last 12 months have been some of the most exciting in the history of Microsoft. 3 Monkeys has proven itself and taken us into new territories. We look forward to the benefits and efficiencies having one team will bring.’
