Burson-Marsteller has promoted Bill Rylance as president and CEO of
its Asia-Pacific network. Rylance replaces Clifton Kagawa, who will
remain as a non-executive chairman, but will return home to Hawaii. A
B-M veteran, Rylance only rejoined the agency when it bought Korea-based
Merit Communications, now Merit/Burson-Marsteller, last September.
