BORDER LINES: HONG KONG - Rylance to be B-M’s Asian CEO
Burson-Marsteller has promoted Bill Rylance as president and CEO of its Asia-Pacific network. Rylance replaces Clifton Kagawa, who will remain as a non-executive chairman, but will return home to Hawaii. A B-M veteran, Rylance only rejoined the agency when it bought Korea-based Merit Communications, now Merit/Burson-Marsteller, last September.
