Frank PR takes on Paul bakery and café consumer brief following pitch

French bakery and café chain Paul has brought in Frank PR as its retained consumer agency.

Frank won the account following a three way pitch and will look to raise the brand’s profile and help it to re-engage with consumers as part of its 10-year anniversary of opening in the UK.

Paul currently has 22 outlets across London, with further expansion planned during the coming year.

Frank will start work on the account immediately, using a combination of traditional PR and social media channels.

Frank will report to communications manager Rita Dewan.

The first Paul bakery was opened in Lille in 1889 and today is France’s largest bakery serving 4.6 million customers a month. It now has a presence in 27 countries across of the world.

The brand appeal is centred around the authenticity and quality of its products, using traditional French baking methods to produce high quality patisserie and bread.
