H&K wins Chrysalis web site promotion

Chrysalis Radio has appointed Hill and Knowlton on fees knwon to be over pounds 150,000 to launch and promote its web site. The appointment follows a four-way pitch against Powerhouse, Words Etc and Purple:patch.

Chrysalis Radio has appointed Hill and Knowlton on fees knwon to be

over pounds 150,000 to launch and promote its web site. The appointment

follows a four-way pitch against Powerhouse, Words Etc and

Purple:patch.



The site, which launches on 23 September, will provide users with

interactive access to stations and allow them to listen to and download

tracks at a cost.



The campaign will include a mixture of off-line and on-line PR,

including placing content about the site in chat groups and relevant web

sites.



The account will be led by H&K senior associate director Elliott Pill,

who heads a team of six on the account.



- H&K has lost financial services director Elizabeth Ballard, who has

joined Fishburn Hedges as a board director.
