PRCA appoints Cirkle CEO Caroline Kinsey as first chairman of its PR Council

The PRCA has appointed the CEO of Cirkle as the first chairman of its PR Council, aimed at discussing the issues PR professionals are facing.

Caroline Kinsey won a closely-fought election contest with Speed Communications CEO Stephen Waddington by a handful of votes.

Kinsey said: ‘I'm looking forward to working with fellow members to help elevate the profile, reputation and respect shown to the PR industry. I think this body of seasoned PR consultants can help to deliver real change and develop blueprints to build best-in-class practices.’

The PR Council has also appointed Westminster City Council director of communications and strategy Alex Aiken as vice-chairman and Eulogy CEO Adrian Brady as secretary.
The group will also help to inform the future direction of the PRCA.
