NEW YORK - Burson-Marsteller has appointed its first-ever managing
director of business development for southern Europe. He is Javier
Celaya Barturen, former head of corporate communications at B-M Iberia.
In his new role, Celaya is responsible for overseeing B-M’s growth
initiatives, new businesses and multinational projects in Spain, France,
