Germany’s largest PR agency Kohtes and Klewes (K&K) has
restructured its management team following the creation of a holding
company, European Communications Consultants (ECC), in May. Kohtes and
Klewes managing partner Gregor Schoenborn has taken over as the agency’s
chief executive officer, while former CEO Rainer Zimmermann has been
appointed head of ECC. European Communications Consultants is the
holding company for K&K brands including Corps, Michael Vagetes Event
Kommunications, Online Relations, K&K Kommunications Medical and Brodeur
K&K. Estimated fee income for ECC in 1999 is pounds 23 million.
