Mark Borkowski Press and PR has been appointed to publicise a series of events taking place next year under the heading of the London String of Pearls Millennium Festival. The non-profit making festival has organised public access to 66 landmark institutions situated along the banks of the River Thames, including buildings such as Westminster Hall in the House of Commons, Lambeth Palace and the Foreign Commonwealth Office.
