A former MD of Hill and Knowlton in the UK has started what he claims is the world’s first on-line PR service. Peter Rae said ’pranswers’ will charge pounds 100 to respond within 24 hours to an e-mailed question on PR issues from internal communications to product launches. Rae has an initial staff of five.
