Former Market Tiers director Grant Levy has launched a rival
broadcast consultancy, Radio Results.
The consultancy will specialise in radio, and already boasts five
members of staff and clients including Nickelodeon, the Discovery
Channel Europe and Fashion Targets Breast Cancer.
Radio Results will not produce pre-recorded syndicated material, which
has traditionally been the staple of radio PR consultancies.
The only recorded material submitted to radio stations will, according
to Levy, be ’hard news or celebrity-led’. Other than that, material will
be live or studio interviews.
Radio Results will also produce a magazine dedicated to on-air
competitions, Prizes Plus, to compete with those produced by broadcast
consultancies - EMR’s X-trax and the Market Tiers’ Q Sheet.
