Frank PR founder Andrew Bloch had a brush with fame this week after breaking the 'world exclusive' of the split of David and Victoria Beckham.

Bloch's Twitter scoop got him name-checked in the Daily Mail - the only problem being it wasn't true. Bloch explained: 'I was just re-tweeting what everyone else had been saying, when I got a message from my friend Simon Oliveira, at 19 Entertainment, saying it was rubbish.' The cream of the lobbying world is flocking to Roux at Parliament Square. 'It is a real find,' tweeted Bell Pottinger lobbying supremo Peter Bingle. But not everyone is so enamoured.
