MADRID: Burson Marsteller has broken the one billion pesetas
barrier in fee income for the first time, as revealed by the latest
Spanish PR agency league tables.

Sanchis y Asociados - remain at the top of the list with similar fee
income growth of around 15 per cent on 1998 figures.

The smaller top ten agencies showed the most striking growth, with
Llorente y Cuenca increasing its fee income by over 60 per cent,
alongside Inforpress, which has moved up two positions to eighth, with
nearly 66 per cent growth.
Hill and Knowlton dropped three places to 12th, with a fee income
decrease of nearly two per cent.
The ACH y Asociados group also fell two places and now stands in 10th
position, despite an 18 per cent fee income growth.
