What makes a good story for you?
We’re guaranteed to feature new hotels or routes as short news bites, but to go into more depth we need a new angle. We need a great hook that surprises the regular traveller.
What tips can you give PROs to help them get coverage?
Calling with a considered pitch that is specific to Heathrow Traveller is a guaranteed route to success. I love working with PROs who seem to understand the title and consider their idea before pitching it.
