Ketchum GmbH has been hired to handle media relations and strategic
planning for Microsoft’s German internet portal, MSN.de. The account was
reported as up for pitch two months ago (PR Week, 1 October). The
account will be headed by Christine Hoeger. It is the biggest name win
so far for the agency’s 17-strong e-commerce department, which generates
almost a third of the agency’s annual fee income.
