PUBLIC SECTOR: CIPFRA creates top communications role
The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFRA), the leading accountancy body for public services, is to bring in its first communications head. The new head will take responsibility for developing and implementing communications strategy with a brief to promote the body’s training services and new qualifications. The position will report to training and education director Ken Gill and chief executive David Adams and will work alongside the marketing team in a free-standing role. CIPFRA currently retains Citigate Westminster for its press office support. The agency’s position will be unaffected by the appointment.
