PUBLIC SECTOR: Stoke council brings in first comms head

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is to bring in Yakkov Wise as its first corporate communications head. The role was created in the summer, bringing together strategic responsibility for all aspects of communications within the council including media relations, community liaison and new media communications.
