Newcastle-based marketing and PR consultancy, Karol Marketing, has
expanded into Eastern Europe with the opening of an office in Warsaw.
The office is headed by Janet Bohdanowicz who is charged with
representing Polish companies and providing a bridgehead for UK
companies wanting to do business in the former Soviet bloc. According to
managing consultant Stefan Lepkowski, the company has taken on washing
machine manufacturer Merloni Indesit and the Prince of Wales Business
Leaders Forum. Polish clients include newspaper the Warsaw Voice and
government market research agency Boss Economic Information.
