Edinburgh-based PR agency PS Communications has beaten 13 other
agencies to win an account to carry out a strategic review of Belfast
City Council’s corporate communications (PR Week, 20 August). The PS
team, led by Ian Coldwell, will take on the work from September. Details
of the brief have yet to be finalised, but the PS team will advise on
the expansion of the three-strong communications team currently led by
Wilma Stewart and will recommend a communications strategy to assistant
chief executive Robert Wilson.
