PUBLIC SECTOR: PS Communications beats 13 to Belfast work

Edinburgh-based PR agency PS Communications has beaten 13 other agencies to win an account to carry out a strategic review of Belfast City Council’s corporate communications (PR Week, 20 August). The PS team, led by Ian Coldwell, will take on the work from September. Details of the brief have yet to be finalised, but the PS team will advise on the expansion of the three-strong communications team currently led by Wilma Stewart and will recommend a communications strategy to assistant chief executive Robert Wilson.
