Firefly given disputes brief; Bishopsgate recruits Stevens.

The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) has selected Firefly to promote its services following a four-way pitch. The not-for-profit organisation is the largest of its kind in Europe. It confidentially mediates many high-level business disputes and consults with major institutions and NGOs. The Firefly-led campaign, which starts in September, includes PR and digital comms.

She was previously head of PR at financial firm ETF Securities and, prior to this, spent more than four years at Penrose Financial. Also, Tom Walker joins Bishopsgate's natural resources team as an account executive from an investor relations role at Scandinavian Minerals.
