Opinion: From our Readers - Two more new MPs worth a mention

It was good to read the report on public affairs colleagues gaining parliamentary seats (News, 14 May).

However, we should also mention Laura Sandys (previously CEO of LSA), who took Thanet South for the Conservatives and Robert Halfons (formerly political director for Conservative Friends of Israel), who won the Harlow seat for the Tories. Both are significant players in national and international public affairs.
