Consolidated Communications Financial, the division set up by

Nicola Mitchell last November, has won four new contracts since the new

year.

The ex-managing director of Holmes and Marchant Financial was signed up

this week by the Chartered Insurance Institute. Mitchell and her team of

four will work on the Institute’s centenary celebrations for the first

six months of the campaign, organising an international convention in

March.

Consolidated is also handling a trade press blitz for the software

supplier Microlex to raise the company’s profile in the financial

services industry.

The final two wins are consumer drives for the Leeds-based financial

advisers Bates and Partners Consulting Group and SIFA (Solicitors for

Independent Financial Advice).

The accounts are worth around pounds 120,000 in fees.

Mitchell, 29, hopes to build Consolidated Communications Financial,

which now has a total fee income of pounds 370,000, up to six staff by

June.
