last week by holding the staff launch of its new global vision at

London’s Virgin Megastore.



For the 8.30am session, the Oxford Street music emporium’s usual mix of

confused tourists and trendy types was replaced by MS&L folk from

London, Holland and the US.



To keep people awake at such an early hour, and to illustrate the

concept of individual choice, the session kicked off with the chance for

everyone to grab the CD of their dreams from the burgeoning shelves.



Sadly, seduced by the sticky buns, orange juice and general freebie

euphoria, someone let down their guard a jot too far.



Scary Spice Jackie Elliot, MS&L chief executive, reports sternly: ’I do

regret to say that one member of staff chose the Spice Girls and we are

now reviewing her career.’
