Aeroporti di Roma, the state-controlled company which runs Rome’s two airports, has called on Burson-Marsteller to manage financial communications for its privatisation.

Aeroporti di Roma, the state-controlled company which runs Rome’s

two airports, has called on Burson-Marsteller to manage financial

communications for its privatisation.



Due to take place before the end of July, the sell-off will take the

form of a public offer and a private placement with institutional

investors.



B-M beat Shandwick, Hill and Knowlton and Barabino e Partners for the

contract and will handle media relations and co-ordinate an advertising

campaign.
