McGarvie Morrison Media (MMM) has agreed a pro bono contract with Yorkhill Children's Foundation to provide PR and comms support. The foundation is looking to step up its fundraising efforts to increase awareness of the work it carries out on behalf of sick children across Scotland.

KidsAid, a charity that helps children who have suffered from traumatic events, has partnered with new health supplement brand Fitvits. The brand will donate money to the charity for each pack sold.

The Princess Royal Trust for Carers and The Children's Society are launching a resource pack to secondary schools to help teachers identify and support young carers. They are also running a poster campaign to encourage 'hidden' young carers to seek help.

Forster has launched the National Trust's Food Glorious Food campaign, which aims to get people to grow and eat fresh, seasonal and local food. Forster has been retained as the trust's agency for 2010.

Ketchum has raised money to provide a school in Nepal with a library. It raised the cash for charity Room to Read to provide a library to the Shree Pandit Chaur Lower Secondary School in Sankosh. Ketchum also provides dedicated comms support to Room to Read.
