Herald Communications has opened an office in Prague to service the
Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. It is Herald’s fourth
office to be opened outside its London HQ after Paris, Munich and Milan.
The managing director of Herald Prague is Sarka Klofacova, who has
joined from rival agency Mmd where she was a director at its Prague
office. Herald employs 65 staff and specialises in hi-tech,
entertainment, environmental issues and charities. Herald’s activities
in Central and Eastern Europe were previously supervised by its Munich
office. Retained clients in the Czech Republic include computer
manufacturer Texas Instruments.
