Quantum Public Relations has been appointed to co-ordinate PR, marketing and media relations for the Bucks Economic & Learning Partnership. The remit of the campaign is to raise the profile of the county as the 'Entrepreneurial Heart of Britain', with more new businesses starting and succeeding within its borders than any other county in the UK. Quantum's role is to drive up inward investment.

Land Registry is seeking a single supplier to provide a range of marketing services that include PR and advertising, with the aim of developing a more customer-focused business. Land Registry will consider a consortium bid if one of the suppliers is prepared to act as prime supplier. The supplier will support the in-house team for the next three years.

The Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) is currently giving companies feedback on the pre-qualifying stage of its search for a contractor to provide comms services. DCSF will offer the full invitation to tender shortly.
