The agency has advised the British pub operator since its 2003 creation following its de-merger from Six Continents. A number of financial PR shops sent in proposals in April, but this process did not move on to an official pitch.

Following this review, the firm has pledged to focus around core food-retailing pubs and is widely expected to sell some of its more alcohol-focused brands.
