The Churches Conservation Trust has chosen Midas Public Relations to deliver a media campaign aimed at increasing visitor numbers and boosting donations.

Appointed following a three-way competitive pitch, Midas PR’s media campaign will build on the trust’s recently revitalised web presence and new branding.

Midas PR MD Penny Clifton said: ‘Our intention is to showcase the work of the trust and encourage more people to visit and enjoy these marvels of English history.’

The Churches Conservation Trust has saved more than 340 churches, which bring in almost 2 million visitors a year.

Churches Conservation Trust chief executive Crispin Truman explained that they chose Midas ‘on the strength of their understanding of our core and potential audiences and the creativity of their proposed campaigns’.
