BATM Advanced Communications brings in Luther Pendragon

Luther Pendragon has been appointed as retained financial PR adviser to technology firm BATM Advanced Communications.
BATM comprises of telecom and medical divisions. The former specialises in the development, production and marketing of data, telecoms and cyber products and solutions, while the medical division focuses on laboratory diagnostics and sterilisation and waste disposal solutions.
The client team at Luther will be led by director Harry Chathli, who commented: ‘They are going through a step change within their business and we look forward to working with them, providing media and investor relations support, as they move to the next stage of their development.’
Headquartered in Hod-Hasharon, Israel, and Boston, Massachusetts, US, BATM has branches in Europe, Latin America and the Far East, and has 700 employees, including scientists and engineers, worldwide.
Dr Zvi Moran, CEO of BATM, said: ‘2012 is a transitional year for BATM. The Luther team demonstrated that it has the knowledge of the sectors, as well as the expertise to help us communicate our strengths to our key stakeholders in the UK through this period and beyond.
